REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At REIA, we take pride in the quality of our pieces. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we are happy to assist if your order arrives faulty or incorrect.

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return requirements.

 

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, item(s) must:

  • Be faulty or damaged upon opening, or incorrectly sent

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Be free from perfume, deodorant, body odour, washing powder

  • Be free from make-up, tan marks, glitter, pet hair, or stains

  • Be accompanied by clear video evidence of the package opening for verification

 

Sale items and activewear bottoms are strictly non-returnable, unless faulty upon opening or incorrectly sent.

REIA reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above requirements. Ineligible items will be returned to the customer.

How to Request a Return

Our team will guide you through the verification and return process.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for verified faulty or incorrect items

  • Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Discount codes are forfeited and will not be reissued

 

Size Exchanges (First-Time Customers Only)

As part of our commitment to helping you find the right fit, only first-time customers are eligible for a size exchange.

Please note:

  • Size exchanges are limited to one time per order for first-time customers only

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements

  • Shipping fees for exchanges are covered by the customer

  • If an exchanged item is returned, it will only be eligible for store credit

  • Approved return shipping costs will be covered by REIA

 

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia.
