How long does order processing take?

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

Where does REIA ship to?

  • We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, and the rest of the world.

Shipping fees may vary by destination. For international shipping outside the listed regions, please contact us at shop.reia.co@gmail.com for more information.

 

How long does delivery take?

  • West Malaysia: 1–5 business days | East Malaysia: 4–7 business days

        Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods.

 

How much is shipping?

  • Malaysia: Flat rate RM10
    Singapore: RM50

       Other Southeast Asia destinations (Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam & Brunei): RM68

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

  • We only accept returns for items that are faulty upon receiving or if an incorrect item was sent.

A clear video recording of the parcel opening is required as proof that the item was damaged or faulty upon arrival.

 

How do I request a return or exchange?

  • Please email shop.reia.co@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the next steps.

 

What proof is required for faulty or incorrect items?

  • Customers must provide a video recording taken before and during the opening of the parcel to verify that the issue occurred upon receiving.

 

Do you offer size exchanges?

  • Yes. A one-time size exchange is available per order for first-time customers only.

Return shipping for exchanges is covered by the customer and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 

Are sale items refundable or exchangeable?

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy page for full details on sale and final sale items.

How do I choose the right size?

  • You may refer to our size chart on the product page. If you need further assistance, feel free to DM us on Instagram or email shop.reia.co@gmail.com.

 

Are REIA pieces true to size?

  • Our sizes run slightly smaller. If you usually wear XS, we recommend sizing up to S in REIA. Please refer to the size chart or contact us for personalised sizing advice.

 

How should I care for my REIA pieces?

  • Wash with similar colours only

  • Wash below 30°C

  • Iron at low temperature

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry

 

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We use Stripe as our payment gateway and accept major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.

  • No, you can check out as a guest.
